Kitchens and Bathrooms

HR Dev. can design every aspect of your kitchen or bathroom, using experienced designers and then carry out the fitting from this point. If the client already have plans, we simply take over for the fitting stage.

We fit various kitchen ranges from a wide selection of suppliers. We also do solid timber and granite work surfaces.

We do modern and traditional bathrooms including wetrooms, to meet your requirements using various products, styles and fittings.


Decorating

HR Dev. believes that leaving an excellent finish is extremely important, as it is what the client sees at the end of a project. Painting, being the last trade, needs to be immaculate because it can make or break the project. HR Dev. do interior and exterior painting and decorating, wallpaper/wall cover hanging, and period restoration.


Carpentry and Joinery

HR Dev. carries out all forms of carpentry and joinery work including:

  • Bespoke kitchens and wardrobes
  • All types of roof construction – flat roofs, gable roofs, crown roofs, hip roofs, mono-pitched roofs
  • Staircase design and installation – whether it’s for your loft conversion or refurbishment.

Plumbing and Heating

HR DEV. carries out all kinds of plumbing and heating installations.

  • Gas certificates are given to the client for all gas works
  • Megaflo systems, combination and condensing boilers - we can help you decide which is the best system for your particular needs
  • Underfloor heating
  • Cylinders, tanks and overflows
  • Run new main waterfeed into the house to increase water pressure.

Electrical and Lighting

HR DEV. undertakes all electrical works. We are able to install the latest technology at your property including the following:
